Q. How do I use the oil cleanser and foam cleanser together?

A. Start with the oil cleanser on dry skin to melt away sunscreen, makeup, and excess sebum. Add a little water to emulsify, rinse, then follow with the foam cleanser for a deeper, gentle clean. Use it every evening.

Q. Do I need both cleansers, or can I use just one?

A. You can use each on its own, but they work best together — the oil cleanser removes oil-based impurities (sunscreen, makeup, sebum) and the foam cleanser removes water-based impurities (sweat, dirt). The Double Cleansing Set gives you both at the best value.

Q. Is Orien suitable for oily or acne-prone skin?

A. Yes. Our cleansers are low-irritation and made for daily use, including oily, combination, and acne-prone skin. They clear away excess sebum and buildup without over-drying.

Q. Where do you ship and how long does it take?

A. We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is a flat $6 per order, and free on orders over $50. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 3-7 business days after they ship.
